Where do I add or edit information about my group?

Group leaders can edit information and settings for the group on the Group Information page. Find this page by going to my groups > [group name] > manage > group information.

Information you can manage on this page includes:

 

  • Group information:
    • Group name
    • Short name - A group short name is an abbreviation that helps make up the group's forum email address (e.g., Bay Town Mother's Club might be "btmc," and their forum email address would be btmc_forumname@lists.bigtent.com).
    • Contact Information
    • Description
    • Membership Requirements
    • Categories & Keywords
  • Group Settings:
    • Location & Time Zone
    • Buzz page settings
