BigTent is happy to serve group members from outside the United States, and we offer a comprehensive list of worldwide time zones from which members can choose when registering for their groups.

However, we unfortunately cannot accommodate currencies other than the American Dollar and we can only accept phone numbers, addresses, and zip codes listed in the standard US format. For example:

If you live outside the US, follow these tips to enter your information correctly and within the format limitations:

• Be sure to pick your correct time zone, or events and forum posts listed in your group (which has its own time zone) will appear at the wrong time. 
• Enter your address and phone number in the boxes provided if they fit. If your address, zip, or phone number does not fit and the information is required for registration, simply enter several spaces in the box and click "Save."
• If your group provides another box for your address / phone number, or a space for more information about yourself, enter your address there. Please note: Not all groups will provide a space for this info.

Or, complete the enrollment process and then click "settings" to add your correct address in the "About me" box. This information will be visible to other group members on your profile, if you choose to share it.
