New option for BigTent Customer Support

BigTent's goal is to support you in cultivating the communities you care about with tools that make it easy for your group to participate, communicate, and organize. With this goal in mind, we've created a host of resources to enhance your experience, including our Help area, CoachCorner and BigTent Announcements group.

We're excited to introduce an additional option to support you with even faster customer support. Starting today, you can purchase a "Premium Support" membership for $9.99/month, which will guarantee you a response time of one business day.

Everyone will still have the same great free support through our Help area, in which we usually get back to cases within three business days. However, those who need an immediate response can purchase a Premium Support membership by signing up here.

As part of the introduction of this new support option, we're giving all new members thirty days of free Premium Support to ensure they feel supported as they become accustomed to BigTent. The thirty days begins when a new member contacts Support or visits the Help area for the first time.
