There is currently a bug that is preventing cloned subgroups from including information like name, phone number, and email address on the subgroup membership form. Therefore, the subgroup will not be able to share member information on the member list, and admins will not see members' info in reports or in the manage area. We suggest avoiding the "clone" subgroup feature until this is fixed. You can still create a new subgroup from scratch. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this bug.
